I got an email from them 24 hours after the order saying none in stock but the website still shows 4 in stock. Now my gift will not arrive in time and if they had updated the website or not allowed me to spend my money I would have bought something elsewhere that would have arrived in time.
Why would you have a website that allows customers to purchase items they say in stock 7 in stock then not update your inventory. I returned 1 shirt of the 6 I ordered because it does not match the description on their website. This is in extremely poor taste for a once reputable company.
They have certainly fallen and are no longer a high end brand. I returned this shirt along with several other items. Some adult some children. All the children stuff was exchanged and sent back no problem. Not have I gotten a response about them after several emails,voice messages and comments left on the matter.
