If you bought the digital version you can always re-DL the client from the same area in an other language EU version gives you choices. It might work with retail versions as well but you would have to try that by yourself as I have the digital one.
An other choice, meaning if you can't DL the client or if you region doesn't give you language choices, is to mail the Tech support for a region swap. Hey there! There are some languages that are supported through subtitles, but not through audio. Are you having issues with the audio or subtitles? This looks like a bug. Can you report it here for me? As Rejuvithorn mentioned , only the Remastered version includes support for Russian.
