CBRE has a wealth of information and resources available to their employees, but the on boarding of new employees and training is somewhat non-existent, excluding the welcome online training that is pretty useless and no one remembers.

Yet, if you have a Manager that isn't wore too thin and care then you may have a totally different experience. Communication from the top down was a bit of a mess as well. Organizationally, the Portland office has been through multiple Directors the past few years and is a complete mess! Pros Depends on your department and Director, as well as your team.
