Demons wish to be secretive and do not voluntarily claim to be present. Effects of Therapy. If prayer solves the problem, then it was probably not schizophrenia. If medicine helps alleviate the problem, it was not demon possession. For a free copy of the book donations appreciated , contact Dr.

And if the king and his kingdom are here, then he casts out every offending thing, especially the unwelcome demons. Third, is it possible that the person you are counseling is suffering from a medical ailment? While we are all sinners and therefore subject to the effects of the fall, guilt, spiritual pollution, and even death itself, not all medical ailments, even those of the mind, are connected to demon possession. We need to have a high regard for the Scriptures and not be afraid to identify sin when we see it, whether in ourselves or in others. Pray that Christ would give you this much needed wisdom until we will all be delivered from every form of suffering and sin when on the last day we behold the face of God in the face of Christ and he wipes away every tear.
